How can I effectively monitor the recruitment process if it is being handled off site?
Jonathan Lee Recruitment has developed a solution to this problem with our web based on-line recruitment & tracking system. Following initiation, the entire service is built around a bespoke service level agreement based upon agreed operating practices and KPI (Key Performance Indicators).
This agreement is then programmed on to our on-line tracking and reporting tool. The system is accessible via a normal web browser which is password protected for security. The tracking system allows you to view all vacancies and has the ability to drill down to varying information levels. Information available includes, number of applicants, number of turn downs, number of candidates submitted to the client, interview set ups through to offers and start dates for those successful candidates together with diversity or other legislative monitoring . Various reports can be produced depending on the level of information you require and the access permissions set within your organisation. The system is interactive meaning that you can also inform us of new vacancies via the system at any time.
The system links directly into our internal database and is in real time, meaning that at all stages of the recruitment process, the information is fully up to date. Each system is customised specifically for your company to ensure all of your requirements are met. You are also able to monitor our performance against agreed targets and criteria.
This system is available 24 hours a day and enables you to keep track of all recruitment processes at the level of detail you choose. This, however, does not replace human contact but simply acts as an overview tool for your convenience.
