We recognise that this requires an investment of time but our experience (approaching 30 years) tells us that up front investment will produce better results. We firmly believe that staff retention starts at the beginning of the recruitment process and not at the start of induction. We work with our clients to ensure, not only a successful placement, but also the long-term enhancement of human capital.
