Sophie Jupp
Operations Manager
Sophie joined Jonathan Lee Recruitment in 1999, as a Recruitment Consultant in the automotive sector where she managed a number of key recruitment campaigns in Product Development. She became head of the Product Engineering team in 2001 and more recently moved into the role of Operations Manager for the Jonathan Lee Group.
Prior to joining Jonathan Lee, Sophie worked for GKN's Automotive Driveline Division as a Project Leader on product and process development programmes. She spent four years within their Development Centre in Germany and gained Chartered Engineer status. She has a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacture and Management at Birmingham University.
