Branch Manager - John Prodger Recruitment
Kay joined Jonathan Lee as part of the Acquisition of John Prodger Recruitment. She leads a team of Consultants serving the Defence and Electronics markets.
Kay has an Economics degree and and MBA. She spent her early career with Northern Telecom taking on roles in Manufacturing and Marketing. She joined John Prodger Recruitment as a Trainee Consultant in 1995 and having been a successful consultant for some years progressed into a management role.
Kay has recruited in both assignment and contingency capacities at various seniorities within the Defence and Electronics industries, most recently specialising in project and marketing professionals. In addition to her management responsibilities she is the Account Manager for key clients in both Secure Communications and Defence Equipment such as Radar.
